Job Location: Tijuana, BC

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist customers and provide them with the required information
  • Document every interaction case

Requirements

  • 1+ customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Programs and web Browsers)
  • Fluent English and good communication skills.
